Care Culture offers digital products only. No physical items are shipped.


Digital Delivery

All products sold by Care Culture are delivered electronically. After completing your purchase, you will receive access to your digital product through one or more of the following methods:

  • An instant download link on the confirmation page

  • An email containing a download link sent to the email address provided at checkout

Delivery typically occurs immediately after payment is successfully processed. In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to technical or processing delays.


No Physical Shipping

Care Culture does not ship physical products. As a result:

  • No shipping fees are charged

  • No tracking numbers are provided

  • No delivery addresses are required beyond your email address


Access Issues

If you do not receive your digital product within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder first.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve verified delivery or access issues in a timely manner.


Incorrect Email Address

Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address at checkout. Care Culture is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete email information provided by the customer.


Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy and Terms of Service for full details regarding refunds and exchanges.
